Peter Eide was born in 1988 in Minneapolis, MN. He lives and works in New Windsor, Maryland. Eide earned his MFA from Towson University, and a BFA from MICA. Solo exhibitions include Allen + Eldridge, James Fuentes, New York, NY and Freddy, Baltimore, MD. Selected group exhibitions include Nicelle Beauchene Gallery, New York, NY; Hall Art Foundation, Reading, VT; David Shelton Gallery, Houston, TX, and Turley Gallery, Hudson, NY. Eide’s work has been featured in Hyperallergic and the Contemporary Art Library. Eide is the Director of Maurice Projects, an experimental visual art space in Baltimore, MD specializing in cross-disciplinary, site-specific, and residential programming.
